“Where to begin…….. there are no words to explain the staff and facilities. Top shelf, George, Amber, Janessa, Brendan and Doug simply amazing customer service and PROFESSIONALISM!!!! Guys DO NOT underestimate Janessa and her automotive knowledge she knows her stuff! George and Amber were very accommodating. Doug was turning and burning with the repairs! All of the issues were worked out and progress although tough at times members of Royal, along with the company that manufactured my rv worked well together to resolve our issues. This is a one stop shop. Not only did royal rv repair my rv they were able to accommodate a front end repair on my truck in their automotive repair section. I strongly recommend this facility.

“Our 2023 Grand Design 5th wheel's slide out never worked properly since we purchased it July 2022. We had it replaced by our California dealer June 2023 but had to wait 3 months until we could bring it in for service and another 2 months once there as they had to wait for parts and labor shortage. It failed again after only 5 stops! We were in Washington State at the time. Called Grand Design tech support who referred us to to Royal RV. We were assured they were as good as GD for the replacement work and they could have it completely replaced in one business day if we could get to Indiana. We made the mad dash from Washington to Indiana in 9 days. Sure enough, the day of our dropping it off at 7am they had it replaced and in perfect working order by 3pm the same day!!! Have been on the road with it for over 4 months now and the slide out has not had any further issues. All staff and management were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them!”

I cannot express my thanks enough to Brian for his willingness to travel 4 hours one way to pick up my wife and her car when it broke down and I was unavailable. The subsequent repair was promptly completed and she is back on the road. Tire Star has certainly earned our business. EDIT. Took my 2008 Honda CRV to Tire Star for new tires, they suggested an alighnment based on the wear ...glad I took their recommendation - I didn't realize how much better the car would handle. The price for the 4 tires was actually less that another shop for better tires - the work was done quickly, the staff is friendly, and they go over the top to make you feel welcome and appreceated. Dispite the drive (I live between Syracuse and Leesburg), I will be back. Thanks for the great service!”

“They fixed my truck was leaking coolant said if he had to get the part in town it would be more expensive then if he ordered from his supplier. Had to get the wife’s car fixed needed a lot of work couldn’t afford to do it all at one time so you broke it down into sections for us and gave us pointers into what he would replace first very helpful and very kind. Also I like whenever he writes you a quote it’s usually quoted higher than what you will usually have to pay which is a big plus in my opinion. Great people great service”

I purchased from somewhere else Montero tire wanted 40 per tire mount. They did it for 25.00. 15 mins the car ran perfectly straight. Richard and Torres were very professional.”

“WHEN your 68rfe blows up (and we all know it will), take it to Mark and his team. I broke down in Iowa transporting an RV. Mark was recommended by no less than 3 fellow drivers, so I had my truck hauled to his shop for repair. We had spoken on the phone and he gave me the rebuild options. Pricing for the highest package was still a fraction of what the stealership wanted for a new stock transmission. I had him replace everything that could possibly break on this stupid thing so I won't have to think about it again. He takes his time to explain things, gives you options, and completed all work on exactly the day he said it would be done for exactly the money he said it would cost. Even checked a couple of other things on the truck while it was apart to make sure they were in good shape. When I picked it up, I called him after a couple hours with a few concerns. He explained exactly what was happening and said to give it 3-4 days to settle in. Sure enough, by day 4 it was perfect. I do my own work because I don't trust shops anymore, but Mark was the exception and a dying breed of great mechanics with actual mechanical knowledge and integrity. Thank you Mark and team for great work and getting me back on the road quickly and at a very fair price!”
