Can’t say enough about how awesome these guys are, had a problem with my trucks valve stems the day after Thanksgiving took a chance and went to twisted wrench, they weren't technically open but after explaining my problem they agreed to look at issues, needless to say they jumped in and had me fixed and on my way! This is not my first visit here and definitely not my last! Thank you twisted wrench for excellent service.

They said I had two bad front wheel bearings. They charged me 385$ a piecefor them plus labor totaling over 1200$. Less than a year and half has passed and I started hearing a front end noise. Come to find out they did not replace either one of them and the wheel bearing I bought were 165$. Also had them do a transmission on my truck. Has leaked transmission fluid since the day I got it back and it took them 2 months to get it in to put the transmission in.

Twisted Wrench is a great shop with solid communication and fair prices! I've had them drop two clutches in vehicles for me (two different vehicles), as well as doing some other upgrade work, and I couldn't recommend them more highly! They're good people who do good work.

I would give Chris 10 stars if this site allowed. 900 miles from home when our car broke down. It's a terrible feeling and the first question is now what. A patron at a restaurant said he always takes his car to Twisted Wrench. He said they are the real deal - Great mechanic and fair. I could not have been more pleased and so glad for that recommendation. The car was towed there late Sunday night and we showed up Monday morning at 8:00am. Chris said he would get it in as quickly as possible. This was definitely not going to be a quick fix and we rented a car to continue on our vacation (skiing 2 hours away).Breaking down on vacation is never good and can be a vacation destroyer. Finding a garage like Twisted Wrench made the situation the best that it could be. Chris is authentic, honest and a great individual. I only wish I had a mechanic back home like Twisted Wrench.

I am so glad I found the Twisted Wrench Garage. I had been taking my car to another shop for years but recently their prices started to skyrocket and the attitude of the guy manning the front desk has been less then desirable. This past week my check hybrid system light came on along with a bunch of other warning lights so I immediately drove it to my normal garage thinking this was gonna cost me a months mortgage! Once I handed them my keys they handed me notification that a $169 diagnostic charge would be added to the bill once the work was done. When I asked them when they started doing that he told me that every shop does it but most just hid the cost in the repair. Since this was something new which didn't sound right, I left and decided to call around to other shops. The Twisted Wrench come up in my search and saw that they had a high rating so gave them a call. Chris answered. He told me that don't charge a diagnostic fee unless they had to dig deep into the hybrid system for more than an hour. He told me their hourly charge but said he would look at it then give me a call to let me know what needed repaired. This was Weds and he said he could get to it on Monday so I went back in the old shop, got my key and drove over. I got a call from Chris on Friday to let me know the car was fixed and the cost was only $63 as the vents by the hybrid batteries had gotten clogged. When I went to pick it up he showed me the vents and how to clean them. My other shop wouldn't have done that! From now on, my car maintenance will be taken care of by the great guys at The Twisted Wrench!! Moral of this story is that if you are looking for an honest shop, don't hesitate to give them a call.

My car was in an accident and quit running had it towed there and it sat for a week and they didn't even check it out so I had it moved to another shop
