Had my car fixed by 3 people and they couldn't get it fixed UNTIL I TOOK IT TO TOM TEPEE got it fixed. Very nice service department. Nate and Jason thank you!!

So I just purchased a 2017 white Silverado a week ago. I drove it home about an hour and a half from the dealer. 2 days later the transmission went out. I called the dealer and talk to Nathan and dennis. They stopped what they were doing and sent a tow truck out to pick it up. And kept saying we are going to take care of you no matter what!! It was a big relief for me to talk to these guys. The stress I had with having my kids with me at the time the transmission let go. They made it all better. At the end of the day they did not have to treat me and my family with such care! But they took the time.And fixed the truck Thank you so much guys for all you did. I will be back Tony hamm

I'm very impressed with my service I received. I bought a 2015 chevy traxx & kept having issues with limp mode coming on & check engine lights. They honored the warranty and didn't stop till they found the problem. Thanks so much to Nathan &Dennis.

I had an awesome experience at Tom Tepe. Sam Merk did a great job with all the info I needed and working to get a deal done. It was a 3 hour drive to and from the dealer but it was well worth it and would not hesitate to drive to them again to buy.

Russell really helped us out! Not only was the vehicle I purchased already at a great price, the repairs I needed to make this preowned my dream truck were easily scheduled and completed quickly by the efficient service team. 10/10 would consider personally buying again from Tom Tepe, but with the awesome deal I got, it likely won’t be for years to come!

I highly recommend this car dealership. I would give them 10 stars if possible! I was in a pickle looking for a dependable vehicle and Alyssa reached out to me telling me she would take care of me and my needs! Within 24hrs not only did she set me up with a very Professional dealer (Russle) they had me in the vehicle I desperately wanted to be in. I drove over two hours to their dealership if that tells you anything. I had worked with three different dealerships the day before and got nothing but static and procrastination. Working with Alyssa and Russle and their financial team I was back on the road the same day and was able to save my job! They made the whole process as painless as possible.
