Sorry but this store is steadily going down hill! Nothing is stocked. Stuff sitting in the isles for days. When shelves get stocked, old stock is being pushed back and new stock is placed in front resulting in out of date product being sold. A few weeks ago I purchased a box of Kroger brand wheat crisp crackers without looking at the best by date. I later discovered that it was dated best by Sept 11, 2023. I did not have a receipt so I did not return them. Last week I was was going buy another box to replace them and upon checking the date, it was also Sept 11, 2023. I showed this to the Manager "Allen" and thought it might get taken care of, no, wrong assumption. Today I was there, same exact box with the same EXPIRED date (approaching 4 months now) still on the shelf for $3.49. Boxes still everywhere on the floor that were there Sunday night. No care for the customer anymore. Prices continually rising, when does it stop? Frustrated long time customer!

Went in to buy an item. Employees sent me to the wrong location 4 times. No managers available. No customer service available. All people I spoke to refused to show me where the item was. What a bunch of lazy do nothing derelict. Every single manager of this store should be fired. Lost a 40 year customer today.

The store is clean, and their fried chicken is good. It’s a kinda outdated though, and the meats could be a little better.

The absolute worse store I have ever shopped at, hands down. The only bright light in that place is one of the workers in the deli/bakery is super friendly and runs to give my kids cookies every time. Great guy, but works for a horrible store. So many mess ups that they won't rectify, and half the meat you buy there is nasty and old even when it says it's fresh. Choose another store, or you will regret it.

Went there to buy a birthday cake, asked the deli personnel if I could get a name put on the cake. I was informed by the deli personnel that she “didn’t write on cakes” and that if I wanted I could wait 30 minutes until someone got off break to see if they would be willing to do it. I guess next time I want to buy a cake, I will just go to another store.
