This place has terrible customer service. They want to give broad deadlines and then fail to meet the deadlines after you already paid. They make excuses that they are “slammed,”but that makes no sense if they are a first in, first out company. The lady who runs the place has zero customer service skills and Pendleton Heights should reconsider their business partner. Pendleton Heights likes to hold athletes to high standards. They may want to hold their business partners to the same standard. You’re a business, act like it. The problem is the school has given you a monopoly and you’re taking advantage of it.

We love Transfer Connection! They have been making shirts for our Children’s Theatre for years. This year we had over 60 shirts and they got them done for us in 8 days. They are so awesome!

Family ran little place. Very good work done there, and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place. I ordered my son's class jacket there and I've gotten baseball clothes there in the past.
