I have used stalter glass 2 times in the last year for smaller projects. One large frame that needed glass and one smaller 8x10 frame that I broke the glass and needed a replacement. They were polite, quick, and very affordable.

We are slowly fixing up an 1800's house in a village nearby. We started farming out some of our glass work to this company when we were busy with other details and did not have time to do everything ourselves. (We have 39 windows in this house!) So each time we work on one of the rooms, we also rebuild the windows in that room. Any glass that needs replaced is brought here to be successfully re-glazed and broken panes replaced. Most recently we built a recessed storage cubby from reclaimed woods. We decided that glass shelves were a must for this spot so we brought in a template of the size needed. I picked up the selves by week's end. They look great and were very affordable. We've always been happy with the work done here.

We called a week ago placed an order, they said it would take about a week and they would call us. So we called back today to see if our order was ready. They had no record of our order. So these companies wonder why we go to big box stores, and Amazon.
