We just purchased a shasta oasis 2023 19bh, so far the electrical wasn't working right, the hose from the water pump was kinked and pinched off so we couldn't get water from the pump. Now there is no TV backer to mount our TV to. ? we love the way everything else is finally working and it will be a great fit for our family once everything is working right. I dont know how this got through a quality check, but it should not have.

Faulty wiring. Camper blew out all the appliances and after calling warranty department that never answers phone does not call back or respond to emails. If you get a good one then God bless you. If not then you just lost out on a major investment.They don't give a _ _ _ _ after the sale

Should be zero stars. The worst customer service. I just purchased a new 2021 travel trailer upon first use it was discovered that the drain for the shower wasn’t even connected. Water was just pouring out on the floor. Further investigation revealed just how cheaply made this camper really is. The sheer lack of craftsmanship is just unbelievable. And customer service is a joke. I will escalating my issues to their corporate office because the Dave guy from their website I’ve been emailing simply doesn’t care and is a complete arrogant rear end.

Great place to work and getting better all the time. Great pay for the work that you have to do. New plant general manager. She's great to work for with a can do will do attitude that's catchy. New plant manager. He's willing to jump on the line anytime it's needed and willing to listen to the people. Working there is like working with family members.Quality of the product has improved substantially over the last couple of years.

I bought a Shasta new in 2019, the camper had to be returned to the dealer 3 time due to poor craftsmanship on the trim, cracked paneling, back splash falling off the wall, slide out track was bent and a door knob wasn’t installed properly. Then later the paint on one of the stabilizer jacks completely peals off, the dealer and the local Forrest river rep said the factory was aware they had a problem with a run of paint and assured me that they would take care of issues even after the warranty expired. Guess what? Another Jack has peeled and Forrest River denies they have ever had an issue with paint.

As a dealer who sells both Shasta and CrossRoads RV products, I can say Shasta makes a lot of competitive value floorplans. We have many happy customers in Shasta campers.
