“Absolutely one of THE best auction houses! First class honest folks here. Been buying for a few years and most recent purchase was not as advertised. It wasn’t their fault (wrong truck correct trailer in box). Heck it fooled me until I received it. I reached out to let them know and they immediately responded and asked if I wanted to return it. I declined as it was only $120 item and I could recoup most of my cost by removing from package and selling/parting out the two pieces. A week later a partial refund check shows up because they felt bad it wasn’t as advertised. They didn’t have to do that and I didn’t ask nor was I expecting. That right there is the true definition of customer service, something unfortunately some auction houses are lacking. Thanks Lyre & Laura & Chupp Auctions….you folks are FIRST CLASS!!”
