Lozier is a good place to work for. It does it's best to care about their employees. My only concern is their point system. Instead of basing it by quarterly they should change it. Quarterly makes it hard for someone who missed the first day of the new quarter to drop their points. If they miss just that one day, they have to wait until the next quarter to drop points which is 6 whole months without missing a day. That is the only thing I can see that is not benefitting them. I've seen many good employees point out due to this faulty system which causes Lozier to go on a mad hunt looking for new employees all over again. It's hard to find good employees so I would really like to see Lozier change that policy to try and help keep from losing productive employees.

If you are a owner op reject loads to and from here. The docks are indoor so you can't idle. There are no restrooms which is straight up inhumane. They are slow so expect to be here 2 to 5 hours. If you work for a company deny coming here. For your own sake.
