She didn’t give me what I wanted I wanted to get the tips of my hair dyed red and gave me red highlights. I told her very specifically that’s not what I wanted but that’s what I got. Definitely not worth $200.

This place has a lot of people cutting hair all day. Salon has a great atmosphere. Men's haircut is usually $20-$25.00.

Honestly I feel bad leaving this review but I have never been more unhappy with my hair before. I paid $180 including tip and my hair was nothing like what I wanted. I went to Jill who was nothing but kind which is why I feel awful about this, but there was only one review that talked about her on here and I wouldn't want someone else to experience the same thing I am.If I can find a way to include photos to show what I wanted and what I got, I will.Here is the background info: I haven't colored or cut my hair in around four years so this isn't a case of me constantly coloring and damaging my hair. I asked for a slightly lighter shade than my own hair, kind of a honey tone and just sparingly throughout to add some dimension done in a bayalage fashion so not up to the root of my hair but I wanted a few face framing highlights.My hair is literally mostly blonde up to my root & I have lines of demarcation, there is very little actual blending of the highlight with my hair & a LOT of it broke off. If I can include pictures I will show you how bad it is.She knew I wasn't happy with it at the time, but I was always raised to tip & so I said hopefully I would like it later but really I was scared to let her mess with it more because when she brushed it out after it had processed large amounts of my hair were coming out and she was not being careful brushing it out at all.I'm not a hair dresser but I have heard your hair is most sensitive when wet and she was just ripping through my freshly bleached hair, it was a 2000's slim shady blonde not even remotely close to a honey that was only slightly lighter than my natural color and I didn't want spend another $20-$30 toning it and it coming out even worse or more damaged than it was.I paid and left and when I was in good lighting only noticed more and more that was wrong with it as time passed and then I felt bad and didn't want to leave any negative feedback, but I wouldn't wish what I have on anyone else.I included a picture of my hair before this as well for reference.

Natasha Vandendriessche is absolutely skilled in what she does. If you are looking to book a massage you will want to contact Natasha immediately. She knows all the different types of massage therapy, deep tissue, swedish, sports massage, she adds extra massage therapy tools into her standard massages so that you get the most out of your experience, and receive the best healing throughout your body. You will not find a massage therapist more knowledgeable in her field than Natasha.

I don't recommend Jennifer at this shop. I'm surprised to find her type of customer service and attitude in Middlebury. Unprofessional and rude. My extensive family and friends will know about my experience.

I was staying in the area while serving as an Amish taxi, and staying in an Amish home. I found it impossible for me to wash my hair. I called all of the salons in the area and no one had an apmt available, including Infuse. Later in the day I recvd a text from Darcy saying that she would be happy to meet me at the Infuse Salon before the shop opened and that she would shampoo my hair for me. I was delighted! Darcy even referred me to a new auto repair shop, Driven Automotive, to get my car air conditioner repaired. That is going above and beyond service. Thanks Darcy! Blessings to you!
