“Our 2023 Grand Design 5th wheel's slide out never worked properly since we purchased it July 2022. We had it replaced by our California dealer June 2023 but had to wait 3 months until we could bring it in for service and another 2 months once there as they had to wait for parts and labor shortage. It failed again after only 5 stops! We were in Washington State at the time. Called Grand Design tech support who referred us to to Royal RV. We were assured they were as good as GD for the replacement work and they could have it completely replaced in one business day if we could get to Indiana. We made the mad dash from Washington to Indiana in 9 days. Sure enough, the day of our dropping it off at 7am they had it replaced and in perfect working order by 3pm the same day!!! Have been on the road with it for over 4 months now and the slide out has not had any further issues. All staff and management were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them!”

“Very helpful place, I needed a door and mirror for my truck as it sat damaged at a nearby hotel from a accident, the owner of Ultra bodyworks came to the motel to do a estimate of the repair and later when i brought my truck for the repair, he brought me back to the motel while they fixed my truck and came back to get me when it was done..Friendly service and good quality work to...I would get more work there again!”

“If you're ever near Middlebury, IN and need tires, GOOD tires, in a bit of a hurry no less, we can't say enough about this fellow who owns and single handedly runs this shop. Just off exit 107 on Rt. 90, gratefully only 10 miles from where we picked up a bolt and blew out our rear van tire. He had us in and out in 40 minutes. Would have been faster but we really enjoyed talking with him!”

“I had an unusual wheel problem on my camper van that the Ram dealership and numerous other shops could not fix. I stopped by Best-One and they understood my problem and knew exactly how to fix it. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The fix was a total success and the cost was very low. “On Sunday Dec 5th we were staying at the Essenhaus in Middlebury. Our car battery died and we couldn't find any shops to help . We called a lot of places. We are from Canada and were under a time constraint to get back home. The man from Miller's went above and beyond by coming to the Essenhaus trying to jumpstart our battery. When that didn't work he went back to the shop, brought a new battery back and installed it right in the parking lot. Words cannot express how very grateful we are that he was willing to help us out.
