So far so good, but I can't truly rate it until I see how well the battery works. I might suggest this process be done in front of the customer. Or at least show the cust how the process works, and maybe show them the old battery that was removed. I had no idea I could bring my iPhone into Batteries Plus to replace the battery. Made an appointment online for 4:00. Was early for appointment and they signed me in right away. Phone was done less than half an hour later. Hobby Lobby is next door so I walked around there went back and immediately got my phone. Saved $10 for booking online. Very happy with the new screen on my phone. Great job!
