A nightmare back in December 19 2023 ups lost my package. Contents worth 266 dollars plus $44 shipping fee. Ups refund of 100 dollars on package plus 20 dollars on shipping. So I paid ups 20 dollars to lose my 266 dollar package plus ace hardware took my refund check . Oh I'm sorry my check is in the mail. Please don't use these guys if you value you money and time.

She was rude from the second I walked up. I normally just use the post office but they were closed. Didn't complete my order because I was so annoyed with her unpleasantness.
