Speedway is a truck stop with friendly and helpful staff. The inside is nice with an excellent selection of snacks, drinks, and semi truck accessories. It offers showers and has lots of blacktop parking. However, for truckers, there are too many dropped trailers and homeless people living in vehicles, leading to very limited truck parking and a lot filled with litter. The restrooms are okay for cleanliness, though sometimes small, with full trash cans, and there have been uncomfortable incidents in the bathrooms at night. Some customers report issues with transaction fees and cashier training on fuel purchases. While some have great experiences and note it has the cheapest gas, others feel it is average and used to be better.
Yeah that Popeyes is never really busy and just right next door is the Pizza Hut also. So if you want Popeyes in a hurry then go to the porter Popeyes because it's never a line you may have to wait 10 minutes from the prepare food but I've never seen a line
