I also felt assured it was ok after the transaction took longer than I expected. Nick helped me with my exchange & Harry just stepped in to aid when help was needed. “They had a good selection and the staff was very helpful, but honestly this store needs to be twice it’s size. We went on a Tuesday morning and there were so many people in the store it was extremely difficult to walk around and try shoes on.
Just a heads up also it does seem like the staff works on commission. They will offer an eco bag at checkout for a fee, but there are free bags available if you ask. I also declined the shoe shine/ protection stick because I didn’t see a need as Ive had a pair for years and I don’t believe they need any further protection.”
