Used to be a excellent pharmacy. The one I always preferred. Now after the new owner purchased it, they are absolutely terrible. Worst in Michigan City. ?

Where did all the pharmacists go. Everyone has been replaced. They can't fill my meds either, but the pharmacist said it was a federal problem. I don't like the sound of it. I'm losing confidence. I've always loved Phil's.

I was once shorted 30 of my medication plus now after going there for months they just told me they lost their license to sell the medication I’m prescribed. I was told they won’t be able to due to new ownership. Reason it’s a trash pharmacist is because they never preemptively called me to let me know this was going to be a problem. I had my prescription faxed to them and waited a few hours and then called. That’s when they finally told me the problem.

I want to Thank Joan & Jammie for doing over and beyond to make sure I can stay a healthy Diabetic ! They pick up my crummy Doctors slack so I can get what I need and Rob while he worked at Fagens in Westiville did so much for me to cut through the white tape with my insurance I have plus when Fagens was closing way before he joined your Team he told me this Pharmacy will take good care of me . I want to thank you all for all you do .
