My current phone was an IPhone 7 and although it was in good condition it was time for an upgrade.I spoke to a young lady by the name of Evy. I asked her questions concerning my new phone choice. She eased my mind by explaining the process of trading in and or purchasing a new phone. I was a little nervous being 60 years old because sometimes individuals will rush you through the process. However Evy was courteous, professional and made me feel so comfortable. She allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed too. I purchased my new phone with a clear peace of mind with no regrets. We were very pleased by walking into Verizon and with Cody greeting us and going out of his way to fix our problem! The customer service was exceptional. The kind that would constitute switching to a version plan.”
