I just got a bad experience over here on the Veterans Day. I went shopping with my family here. I speak Vietnamese to my family and nothing wrong right. We got what we wanted to buy. I brought them to the counter. I talked to the lady in English. I asked if the store offered the military discount the lady said yes if I can show her the valid ID. I said ok then she asked if it is a U.S military. I was shocked for a second. In my mind I was like dam, she thought I was a freaking foreign military or what just because she heard I spoke Vietnamese to my family or my Asian face.I showed her my US military ID then she said ok then just gave me the receipt without saying anything.I am so disappointed how I was treated like that. Just because I speak Vietnamese to my family and my Asian face then I am not able to be a service member in the US Army.NERVER COMING BACK.

Love coming to this location. This mall and the University Park mall are about the same distance for me and I prefer coming to this location over that one. Not only that this location has such great pricing and deals always going on! I have bought almost all my purses here since I started buying them from this location. Highly recommend and when people ask where to shop at to get a nice purse at a fairly decent price, I always tell them to go here! Great bundle pricing too!

I had a hard time returning a wallet to this store. I had the receipt from my sister what bought 2 for me that day because she didn’t know which one I liked. It was purchased on 11/20/2022. They told me it had to go back in the card it was purchased with and I had to have the card. Since the card was my sisters I didn’t have it with me, they only wanted to give me store credit which I didn’t want because the money belonged to my sister. Fast forward to today January 31,2023. I took her card in her name matched the receipt but it was a new debit number because her debit card was stolen over Christmas and she had to be issued a new one. My husband went in to return it not remembering it was a different number but same account. I ended up going I. And asking for a district manager who said a check. Could be written. I kept him talking to me while I walked back into the store. The gentleman accused me of being a liar quite loudly. He said I said it was on my card and I said. I didn’t say anything to you today as he repeatedly calling me a liar. PLEASE don’t buy anything there!!! So rude I couldn’t believe the things he was saying and yes they are sending a check to my sister. Which they already had all her information.

This store is absolutely wonderful. The entire staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. I cannot wait to come back again. I do live an hour and a half away from this location and there is one a lot closer to me but I will drive all the way out here just because of the excellent and above and beyond service I got!!Everybody should come to this location!!
