Went there last week only had the phones they was giving away free A14 and 1 flip phone and IPhone. No selection dude said the owner does the order and orders come in Friday's and Mondays. Called in nothing has changed. And said they don't do upgrades but yet metro pcs operators says different.

This was the worst time i ever had to replace a broken phone i have been.with metro for quite a few years i will have change carriers very very poor customer sevice i purchaseded from metro that still does not work

(Jake was awesome) A few days ago my husband and I came in looking to possibly switch from Sprint, we had Metro several years ago and the service was terrible but I heard it was better. He took the time to pull up the coverage map and show us detailed areas of our concerns. We actually ended up switching that day because we noticed there were tons of spots that Metro covered that Sprint didn't (including my job which was very irritating) He transferred all of our things over to our new Motos and we even kept our same numbers!The whole transaction from when we came in to when we left couldn't have been more than 25 minutes or so. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THAT AN EASY SWITCH
