Just called to see if I had any other prescriptions due for a refill since 2 days ago I knew I had 2 prescriptions getting filled(1 new and 1 refill), they only give the refill not the new one that my doctor put in that day. I got a texted stating my prescriptions where available for pickup..then 2hrs later I get a texts about another rx available for pickup. Today I got a text rx processing so I called to get the time for pickup changed so I only had to drive the 30min drive to pick it up and the Pharmacist and or pharmacy tech(the one who answered the phone) had an attitude right off the bat when I asked for the pickup time to be changed, when I asked her if she could look and make sure that I had no other prescriptions due for a refill so I could only make 1 trip her attitude got even worse and she stated" you look and tell me if you have anything else you want filled. You will have 2 rxs in 1 hr to pick up." I stated " im just asking if you can see in my file if I have anything else cause I really only want to make 1 trip instead of driving every day to get 1 rx" she than got even more attitude and stated" again mama you look and tell me what you want filled." I said "ok never mind thank you" she than just hung up the phone. Now I will be asking who answered my call when I go pick up my rxs and will be talking to management cause if thats how the Pharmacy treats their customers on the phone all I can say is wow!!!! I never get treated like that in person!!!

Bad customer service, workers give you the impression that they are giving customers a favor. If you need to talk to someone, you have to stay on hold for 10-15 minutes. I plan to transfer all my prescriptions to other pharmacy. Avoid Meijer.

They're always super nice and honestly I have not waited here as long as I have waited to be helped at other pharmacies. Strong team! Ugh and they're super sweet to my tiny tot as well. SUPER appreciate that the associate asked me if it was okay for him to have a little treat. Love it so far

Best Pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. They are always kind and calm even when dealing with out of control customers. They always make sure to ask if you have insurance so you get the best price. I am so grateful to all of the hard working staff!!

This place is just awful.When I say the only reason why I go here is because it's the cheapest for my specific medication, THAT IS THE ONLY REASON.. They are always rude at the window, always has some type of attitude going on when you ask them questions. They ALMOST NEVER have medication so I usually have to wait for the refills.THEN they don't let u know when your OUT of refills until you call about it, when you tell him " my doctor said they sent it" I always get " well call ur doctor because we don't have it"This place went downhill F.A.S.T!!!!

The pharmacy is routinely filling medications from physicians and urgent care 24 to 48 hours after being prescribed. My daughter was prescribed an oral medication for a reaction by the urgent care and the pharmacy still did not have it the following day, stated it would not be available for another day. When I asked for further help finding an alternative medication or finding an alternative pharmacy with the medication in stock I was treated very poorly. Both the pharmacy technician and the pharmacist were rude and gave the strong impression that I was inconveniencing them, they refused to help me find the medication in stock elsewhere and only after I pleaded did they agree to call the urgent care to ask for an alternative medication. I was promised a follow phone call when they recieved the new prescription but never recieved one. I order to find a pharmacy with the needed medication on stock I had to return to urgent care and ask for a physical prescription to take to other pharmacies because I did not have access to what was sent electronically to meijers. This entire situation delayed my daughter's care and left me extreme upset by the careless approach we received.

Worst pharmacy ever. Disrespectful, slow, incompetent on knowledge of prescriptions. Never in a good mood they act like they have to be there. If you don't want to work, Quit!!!!!

Do NOT use this place for your meds as they have no idea what they're doing, they text you meds are ready when they're not ready resulting in many wasted trips/time! Nobody is even halfway apologetic about the now standard 20 MINUTE WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU - their employees are rude and in bad moods most of the time. This place needs a total overhaul and fast as I and LOTS of others taking their business ANYWHERE other than here
