We had a warranty issue that they handled super promptly and replaced my mattress within several days after I filed the report. Both people I worked with were very helpful and friendly.

Melissa was so knowledgeable about her products, availability, and pricing as well as warranty. I am grateful that Melissa chose to work for Mattress Firm in Michigan City Indiana. She is an asset to the company and certainly shows her loyalty to customers and the organization.
Melissa presents well to the public and is very organized in her entire presentation and finalizing the mattress sale.
She helped bring me to my decision and I am happy to have purchased a bed from her.
