I rented a Uhaul from this place. Violation of everything. The truck had no safety equipment, had a tire in one of the wheels. The truck kept breaking down. Left me stranded, costing me valued company time and clients. They refused to come and get it. Then when they did answere said they would reimburse me for everything all on recorded calls. And now they won't answered the phone, they haven't reimbursed me my money yet, or the tow company wo towed it from the no parking area. Now I'm out of money, stranded, with a broke down truck. Never go to them for a Uhaul. Terrible business

Service was amazing she was extremely helpful with renting a U-Haul she didn't get frustrated or upset even tho it took a while and it got hard she patiently walked us through it step by step 20/10 recommended there prices for snacks are pretty cheap too compared to everyone else but seriously nothing beats the customer service they genuinely make you feel like family.

Won't ever go here again. It's always busy and crowded, which means long lines. They offer a uhaul service which was ridden with all kinds of hidden fees when I rented a truck. They made renting a uhaul a huge hassle.

They also do uhaul rentals at this location, when I called to make a reservation the lady was extremely courteous and nice to me. However the next I went to pick up the rental there was a different woman working spell scientist and she was absolutely horrible. She made me feel as if my Uhaul rental was a huge inconvenience for her and she went on to say that she was going to kill whoever worked the night before her for scheduling a U-Haul the next day by went to pick up the rental there was a different woman working the front desk and she was absolutely horrible. She made me feel as if my you Haul rental was a huge inconvenience for her and she went on to say that she was going to kill whoever work the night before her for scheduling a u-haul all this was said in front of me and everytime I ask her questions she threw her hands up like it was some huge inconvenience for her very very rude. I will never get gas from this place again nor will I get a u-haul again from here.
