Don’t go if you have wavy or curly hair. Not worth it and clearly not their field of expertise. I asked for a haircut and blow dry. The lady was very distracted the entire time, pausing the service putting the hairdryer down when another client walked inside. “Blowdried and styled” one side of my head, then started to dry the other side which was still dripping wet. Interesting technique.
I left with my hair very poofy; the top of my head still wavy and damp, my ends straight on the outside, but wavy on the inside. $14 extra for this quality? Went back home to correct it with a hair straightener. I happened to notice how choppy my ends looked when straightened.
$44 wasted. I am utterly disappointed. Already booking an appointment at another place to fix my choppy hair. I was planning on growing my hair out and just wanted a trim for my ends, but now I’m going to have to go even shorter. First and last time going here.

Requested style: I got the exact hair cut I wanted from my hair stylist "Lisa". I've taken the picture 2x to Fast Eddie's in Laporte and basically got the opposite of what I wanted!!!! Lisa is definitely a quality trained stylist, Thank you for the great hair cut.

Ashley C is WONDERFUL. I needed my hair cut short from having very long hair for 20 years. I explained to Ashley C, I was sensative about needing to cut my hair. She was understanding and asked with each cut if I was okay with it and what I wanted to do next. My hair came out AMAZING! Ashley C is simply wonderful and talented. I'm very pleased!

Very Good place to get a cut. Was coming back from Detroit. Would have made it back late to Chicago.My barber is off Sundays and My Aunt Birthday was the next day. And this place was on the way I called in and stopped by and Brandi took care of me. I recommended this place ! Excellent service

I was at hair cuttery today 4/27/24. I got a color, highlights and cut. The appt started around 10:15 am got out of there a little after 1:00. Also I spent 300 bucks on my hair including tip. I am so upset right now.
One side of my head has a significant amount of more highlights than the other, it's very noticeable, my bangs are absolutely horrible the cut is crooked with one side being longer than the other. I can't believe how bad my hair looks.
I have pictures going to upload those also. I also got my
stepdaughter hair cut and
highlighted today, I spent over 500 bucks. I cannot stress how bad my hair looks. It is nothing that I asked for, I mean not at all. Even showed the stylist a pic of the color. She said she couldn't get it that blonde but geez my highlights are orange!! This is crazy bad!
I would appreciate it if management reaches out to me so this can be taken care of.

I want to thank Brandi for promptly addressing the issues I have. She was professional, empathetic, sincere and so very helpful. Tip notch customer service! She listened to me, looked at the pictures and made no excuses or try to reason away the experience I had. She easily accepted responsibility on behalf of the company and the stylist that colored my hair. Brandi and Alex are going to work together to come up with a plan to resolve all my issues! Brandi was also very accommodating in scheduling our appt. I am so thankful for the way she handled my issues! Customer service is a dying art in business these days. Brandi is truly a rare bread and super beneficial to Hair Cuttery. Thank you Brandi!

I went back to Hair Cuttery yesterday and had an awesome experience with Brandi!! I really.did think my hair could be saved but wow!! She is truly amd artist! I love my hair so much and so thankful that the management at Hair Cuttery did whatever it took to correct the bad experience I had. I will Def be coming back to Brandi. Thank you, thank you so much Brandi you are such an amazing person!
Requested style: I asked for a face framing blonde highlights. My bangs arean orange and very uneven. I got nothing I asked for and sat for hrs and spent a lot of money
