“We purchased 2 power recliners from them a couple of years ago they have the best prices around we knew what we wanted called them and they beat all prices that I had received from local stores near us (we are 35 miles from there store). We needed a defective part replaced and they ordered the parts and within a week they had the new part replaced. So from sales to service and everyone in between they are the best. And I need to give a shoutout to there service technician Jeremy who is fantastic!”

“I’ve made a few purchases at Mattress Firm for our rental, for our family and for myself. Whether $500 or $5000 I am treated as a VIP. I’ve worked with Evan, WHO IS AMAZING!! He is so educated on the products and I’ve NEVER had that icky “salesperson” experience.
He showed me the difference in types of mattresses and all the reasons why some are very expensive and some at a value. With that info I was able to make sound decisions to purchase the right mattress for the right situation.
Recently I also worked with Jacob. Also, AMAZING!
Like Evan he is a font of information and also able to deliver the info on a manner I could understand and I NEVER felt pressured. I hope corporate takes good care of these guys. We need more Evans and Jacobs on The front line of the retail store”
