Whoever the lady is that was working this morning was terrible. Her attitude... Why have a job in public retail when your attitude is terrible? Obviously she hates life and hates ppl. Do better when hiring please.

Date: 12/12/2022 Just filled my tank at this location. Get on the e-way and my car is now hesitating/shaking and check engine light is on. Drove half a block away after leaving store. Just that quick, my car is now in need of repairs due to bad gas at this location. Pump number 5 is the pump I used. Called and spoke with Corporate but rep didn't care about the situation at all. She basically said the company does not sell bad gas and my car probably already had issues before I purchased gas at their store. I will NEVER buy gas at another Family Express again. BEWARE!!!!

Definitely not a 4.5 star gas station. Staff may be friendly but the store is not very clean and the restrooms are nasty!

Stopped in on a return trip from Michigan to Illinois on the afternoon of 6/19/22.Ladies restroom was disgusting.Female employee was in the small stall smoking a cigarette.Two used band aids were on the sink.Store was dirty.

It was a very good experience and the people were nice and considerate the place was clean and all the pumps were open it's not very expensive I think it's one of my favorite gas stations I wish there was more of them around the country. They have a very good gas rewards program.the washroom was clean and the property was clean also . It is usually not crowded but most of the time there is a little wait to check out.milk is not expensive. Most of the time it's a one stop shop after work. Gas is cheaper than most of the other competitors and never have had a bad experience there.thank you family express.

Love this Family Express. The staff is friendly, the ingress and egress is convenient and they always have what I want. One time when pumping gas I had to go inside and another time the fountain machines weren't working. The staff was working on it and apologized for the inconvenience. I came back later that day and everything was working.
