I had an absolutely wonderful experience at your Michigan City location on Franklin street. The associate Leo was so warm and friendly which kept me in your store longer than I typically would be. As I entered he was mopping and trying to complete closing tasks, yet didn’t seem bothered or upset by the new influx of customers. Not only was he up to the register before I made it there, but had his smile ready. Excellent employees are what keep customers happy and going back to your stores. That sort of hard work and customer service should be rewarded and appreciated. Shame it typically isn’t.

Roommate tried paying in change for minor purchase, clerk said they had enough quarters and threw the change back at them. Can't believe with how hard things are that people would act this way. The roommate is visibly queer and neurodivergent they have extreme anxiety and ended up crying over this interaction. Please take your money to more friendly spaces! Utterly disgusting that this is considered acceptable

Man who was working tonight was extremely rude, I was nothing but polite and he threw my money at me because I had only quarters.. I’ve never felt so embarrassed and frustrated.

Good gas station. Parking can be a bit tricky sometimes and could use more pumps, but it is a small lot. Some customer physically broke the free air pump, but that's not the gas stations fault. Inside is clean, sometimes a small line but goes quickly. Staff has been nice and polite.

This is my favorite gas station to use in Michigan City. It’s tiny with only 4 pumps, and it’s a little cramped, but I have always had good customer service, the store is clean, and the staff has always been friendly.

Very upset was treated really disrespectful. This lady Patty that works here is very disrespectful and is very rude. She almost refused my money. If your gas station don't want my money I'm sure some other gas station would. Very displeased

Today at 8:20 am my wife and I always go to this location for our needs. Love the place except the woman today accused us of scamming her for items bought not realizing she made the mistake and gave us the wrong items.has the nerve to argue with my wife. Very unprofessional to accuse and argue and has the guts to say you people. Meaning Latinos

Friendly staff and clean well organized store. However the gas pumps are inconvenient to get to and leaving can be a pain.
