Both the sales team on the floor and the delivery were awesome! We purchased both a couch and loveseat from La-z Boy and are please with each. Prices were reasonable and delivery was quick as we purchased items in stock. Highly recommend!

Update: Went in this morning and came out with a good deal. We got something we like even better and will be delivered today. Received some extras for free and sales people were very apologetic for the inconvenience.Bought a couch, love seat and chair. Delivery scheduled in one week. 2 days before delivery I get a call saying they dont have the love seat. It is no longer available. How do you sell something you don't even have? Going back in tomorrow. We will see if they make things right. Not off too a good start.

I ordered a lazy boy sectional from Evergreen Furniture. As expected, it took awhile to come in. The communication with the company was always very vague. After waiting over a year for the item, a part in the sectional was broken within a few months. The quality of the furniture is definitely not what I expected. It feels unstable from new condition and getting the repair done is also taking months.I wouldn’t recommend purchasing lazy boy and I wouldn’t recommend Evergreen as the communication is always needing to be done on my end. If I don’t continually reach out, nothing gets accomplished. I prefer to do business where they follow up to make sure customers are satisfied and to communicate that they are working on correcting the problem.

The woman at the desk up front was absolutely rude and told me nothing is customizable and showed me the door 10 seconds after I walked in with me 3 year old .

Ordered chair 10 months ago. Gave 50% deposit. Was told delivery in 5-6 months. Understood with pandemic and such. Called 5 and a half months later and was told by sales person it would be 4 more months. Waited another 5 months had heard nothing so we stopped in to check. Sales person said it would be in the next week as it was on truck from company! Heard nothing that week, called to check after week and was told it would be 3-4 more weeks! Sales person lied to us about it being on truck, and admitted that they had told me it was on truck week prior. Asked to speak to Mgr as I wanted money back. Went there a few hours later to speak to manager and sales person said" I didn't lie to you"......that was the second lie. Manager came out and tried to make excuses and I explained the sales person lied, he got defensive and offered refund which I took! This business does not do business in an ethical way. I will never stop there again and will let everyone I know how they do business! If I could rate no stars I would have!

What a great comfortable place to buy furniture! I was looking for a chair for a friend; all the other stores had months to wait and zero customer service. Jim was helpful and knowledgeable (he's been in the business a thousand years, give or take..) The store has good inventory on hand for those who need something before the holidays. When Jim not on the floor, Yvonne is there to give you excellent service too. I had my chair right away thanks to Evergreen.

Store personnel, Yvonne was very personable and knowledgeable about the products. She said the delivery men were knowledgeable and friendly and they would respect our house and follow current covid precautions (as she did). She was correct. We do so little in store shopping during this year but were pleased with the shopping experience

I've been purchasing from this store if they have an item that I like, for many years. The prices are always competitive and fair. The staff is very knowledgeable of their products. I will return the next time I plan to purchase furniture.
