Eager to make a purchase, but no greeting. Salesmen too engaged in personal matters instead of greeting patrons. I'll get shoes elsewhere, sorry Ecco when you know better you'll do better.-Take care!P.S @ Ecco- owner, there's nothing to look into.I'll spend my money elsewhere it's obvious you have an issue with rude salespeople there....maybe get them in a training on customer service/client services 101 look into getting your staff some much needed training.

Just walked out of there. The only person that greeted us with a smile was a young gentleman. Raised right. The others just stood the whole time staring and no one offered help. Looks like they didn’t do the same for the other customers but we walked out quickly after noticing the lack of manners. Sad.

Walked in there and tried on 5 pairs of shoes. Spent a considerable time in there and only 2 other customers walked in… they weren’t greeted or spoken too either…. 3 persons working there didn’t say a word to me. I bought 2 pairs. No sale item. Wish Clark’s had their fall items out as they were the nicest retail sales people.

Very rude sales person. She actually rolled her eyes at another employee when my husband asked a question . I would have told her face to face after I paid, but apparently she was on a much needed break. Usually service here is stellar. I hope this makes it way to customer service training

So the lady working was really kind and helpful, only my 2nd time in the store but because the service was so great both times I'm gonna shop with them again! They already have a quality product so excellent customer service is the icing on the cake..

What a horrible experience at this store. I specifically drove to the outlet mall to shop here and the Saleswoman couldn't have been more unpleasant person. Totally rude and and arrogant. No welcome, no thank you for coming just rudely yelling across the store. I was only at the door and I turned around and walked out. Went across the parking lot to Columbia and had a fabulous time, walked out with a pair of shoes as well as a new winter jacket. The person at Ecco has absolutely NO BUSINESS IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. Do future customers and your company a favor and please QUIT!!! I will Never, Ever go to this store again and I have probably purchased things there at least 20 times over the years. Bye Bye

The staff was helpful and friendly. The selection and prices are awesome. I was super pumped to walk out of here with two pairs for under $100.
