Recently visited DNA Auto Shop and was thoroughly impressed by their service. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly friendly, setting a welcoming atmosphere. They're not just professional; they clearly demonstrate a high level of expertise in all they do. The quality of service was exceptional, with everything explained in a straightforward manner. It's rare to find such a reliable and customer-focused auto repair shop. Highly recommend for anyone needing auto services!

I can't give this place enough stars! Went in for a radiator replacement. Took them half the time originally stated! Then the final bill was LESS than originally quoted! An honest mechanic! Who knew?! They do exist! They will get any and all of my business!

Amazing service and super friendly! Was passing through area on a Sunday. My alternator went out. They were able to find a replacement and install it in just a couple hours. And at a reasonable price! I was able to get back on the road, and make it home that night!

We wanted to thank you for helping us this weekend. We were in a crisis situation and couldn't find any mechanics open on weekends. I consider the owner of this business to be dishonest and if he will hide information about a car he sold on ebay by not disclosing major defects, then why would be do the work he claims to do and with the quality parts he claims to use? Transmission, brakes, seatbelts are all the hidden defects he did not disclose. Not to be trusted.

A newer auto repair just outside Beverly Shores - in Pines at Carolina & Hwy 12. And so glad to have found it! Was traveling for business and needed a tire inspection & repair before heading out on the highway. Fast and experienced service. Will not hesitate to come back for any needed service.

Rented a car and in less than 24 hours had a low pressure tire warning and found a screw in it. This place was open on a Sunday morning and had us back on the road with a patch in less than an hour for a nominal charge. They definitely saved our day.

My husband and I were on a road trip towing our RV when our truck broke down on the highway near Michigan City. It was late and AAA was a nightmare to deal with. We spoke to seven agents and they couldn’t find our location, couldn’t send a tow truck for several hours, and refused to tow our RV.My husband called DNA and within minutes, Jason had a tow truck on the way to us. The tow driver even switched his trucks to be able to tow our RV and take our large dog in the car with us.Jason and Dustin figured out the issue with our truck’s transmission almost immediately and gave us the repair options. They were so incredibly kind. They stayed open late to complete the repair to our transmission and had us back on the road in a few hours. Five stars isn’t enough, and the staff at DNA are the real deal. Amazing, kind, knowledgeable, absolutely wonderful people.Service: Transmission

Had a flat tire at 9pm. Called DNA and they held the shop open until Dave's was able to bring my truck in. They close at 8pm but were still working to finish a job. Ended up leaving there at about 10:30pm. Huge thanks to Dustin and Jason

My transmission went out on my way to see my family on a holiday weekend. I was stranded in Indiana headed to Michigan. Amber was so kind. I was distraught having my young daughter with me and a car full of luggage. She was so patient. Amber and Jason went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. They stayed late to get my car. They continued to text me with updates. They worked with my warranty company to expedite the approvals and even followed me to the rental company to drop my rental. They are honest and trustworthy. What a blessing they are. My car was fixed and runs perfectly. I’m so grateful.

Wonderful, reliable and trustworthy. We broke down while on vacation. They were so helpful and considerate. They took us to get a rental vehicle and helped us get back on the road while they repaired our truck. Amazing service and wonderful family owned business that you can trust to do the repairs.
