I visited in mid-December, and they had a 2 for $99.99 sale. I desperately needed shoes for work and picked out 2 pair. Before leaving, I asked for the return policy. It was important to me that I knew I could return them if they didn't work out. See, I was shopping with my 4 month-old so I wasn't able to focus as much as I wanted. I was told by the lady working that I had 60 days to return the shoes as long as I had my receipt. That's it. She said nothing else.One of the pairs works great! However, I wore the others once, and didn't even make it to the car before realizing they were too big and slipping off the heel.Today, I returned to the store to exchange the one pair for another that actually worked. They refused to exchange them. They kept saying I had worn the shoes. They were BARELY dirty and could've been easily cleaned. Not worn on the bottom at all. The tread is perfect. ALSO, I had specifically asked for the return policy and it said nothing about being worn. The worker told me, "Well, it says it right on the receipt." Why would I look at the receipt if I had SPECIFICALLY asked a worker (who I later learned was actually the manager??) what the policy was? Had I known the policy ahead of time, I could've easily cleaned the shoes and they never would've known lol. They were BARELY dirty. Or hey, THEY could have cleaned the slightly dirty bottoms of the shoes....crazy thought.I had two other pairs picked out today to purchase, but ended up passing on them because of the ridiculous policies and the way I was treated. So, they lost out on $100+ of my business. Hope it was worth it to them....Just know their policies if you choose to go here. And know that they care more about those policies than you or your money!Picture of the horribly "worn" shoes because LOL.

Went to the store to find my mom shoes. In the past they carried 10 w. They don’t anymore. I asked if we could order online and they said no. This was right after I overheard the employees saying they couldn’t make their store goal. Not being able to look up shoes online is bad customer service. Very disappointed in the stores service.

When I think of Clarks, I think of quality and class. I appreciate the buy two for the $89 sale! However, there were no wide sizes in store available. Great buy!

I love the parts outlet they have fabulous men shoes and ladies every time I stop at Michigan City I come in here and buy seven or eight pairs of shoes
