These are really good people that you can trust!
I was driving cross-country from California to New York this summer when I incurred a flat tire and pulled off the road at the next driveway that I saw. It just happened to be the driveway of Chris's Car Care. What a great bunch of folks!
Though not a tire shop, they went above and beyond to help me. There happened to be a tire shop across the road so they first tried inflating my flat to enable me to drive over there for assistance. The leak was too big to retain any inflation attempts at all so they first called the tire place to make sure they had a tire for my vehicle. Then they jacked up my car to remove the tire, threw it in the back of one of their vehicles and we went to the tire shop where the young man that assisted me waited and chatted with me until the new tire was ready. What a fine young man with a bright future! We drove back and he placed the new tire on my car.
The kicker was that they didn't charge me a penny for anything that they did! I only had to pay the tire shop for the new tire. Of course I tipped generously for their trouble but that was mid-western hospitality and generosity at its finest.
Thank you once again, Chris's Car Care! I'm so appreciative of your help. You are amazing!

I was out in Michigan city traveling for work and had break problems while up there. They offered to pick my car up and drop a loaner car off for me to use in the meantime. Everyone here was very nice to me and not to mention knowledgeable! They explained what I had going on and made sure I was understanding what they were going to be doing and why. They also refunded me on parts they didn’t need to use. I highly recommend this place!!

Once again, Chris's Car Care has gone above and beyond. My car's dashboard lit up, made it to Chris's before it completely shut off. Nicky, Dave and the team have been amazing. This is the reason I keep coming back to them. I am on a fixed income, and they were able to keep me at a reasonable rate without sacrificing quality work and material. Thank you all so much for what you do!!

We were traveling to Michigan City Indiana for a baseball tournament, and had transmission problems on the drive up.
I called Chris's first thing Friday morning and they were able to get me in right away.
The problem with the vehicle was diagnosed quickly and parts were ordered for delivery by noon. The car was repaired, a transmission service completed, and the car was back in my hands by close of business that day.
The staff was courteous and helpful the entire time. They gladly dropped me off at my hotel while the car was repaired. Once the car was complete, they dropped it off at my hotel and completed payment via a remote app that was quick and easy to use.
Thanks to the quick work by the crew at Chris's, we were able to catch up with the team later that night, and could drive home on Sunday. This saved us the potential of having to stay over on Monday, getting a rental car, or possibly a very expensive tow home.

The folks at Chris's Car Care are professional, polite, and easy to work with. I loved seeing a mechanic from a car dealership getting work done on his personal vehicle there; that means a lot about the quality and cost of work done at Chris's Car Care!

I like the way they do business very professional and friendly. I would recommend Chris's Car Care to everyone. Everyone should know that they do car inspections. Buying a used car? Take it to Chris's for an inspection before you buy.

I had to get my muffler replaced and when I say I couldn't be more happier not to hear the motorcycle sound anymore. They did an awesome job! The ladies were friendly and knowledgeable as well. They also were honest in refunding me my money on a part they didn't use. I highly recommend them.

After taking my vehicles to multiple mechanics in the area, it was a huge relief that I finally found one I trust. I’d take my mother’s car here.
I also purchased a car from them, I dealt with Ryan. He’s been nothing but honest and helpful. Would give more stars if I could.

I have been to Chris's Car Care for repairs quite a few times and would have to say that I am very pleased with their services.
Not only are they uber knowledgeable about vehicles, they also consistently go out of their way to help customers.
I was very impressed by the quote I got by email, detailing what's good and not so good about my vehicle. Each service needed was listed on a priority basis in terms of the severity of the problem, especially good for those on a budget.
I found their rates very competitive with others in my area, however, the customer service was second to none!

I have been with Chris's Car Care for awhile. I really like their staff and their mechanics are really good. They give me information about my car and fix what needs to be fixed. They keep my car running in good condition. They also let me know if something needs to be done to keep my car running good and work with me and my schedule. Their a great group of people.
