My experience in July 2024 was very disappointing, which was a total surprise given the great interaction I’ve had for years at the Bosak Honda in Highland. But I had to come to this location because of a specific used 2018 CR-V Touring they had in stock. It was a rare find and I was so excited to buy it. The first red flag was the broken air conditioner when I took it for a test drive on a particularly hot day. Turns out, they never did any inspection on the vehicle. But I didn’t know that at the time and they promised to fix it. Ok, no problem. Later though, when I was talking with Rachel in financing, she kept pressuring me to buy the insurance for defective parts. Now, I understand you want to make an extra sale and possibly look out for my wellbeing. The problem though was that no matter how many times I kept saying I wasn’t interested, she wouldn’t drop it. And she kept elevating things until it became uncomfortably aggressive and downright indignant. She kept questioning my finances and even my judgment. Strange thing to do after I hand you a check for $16,000. Finally I had to raise my voice to make her stop. It was so bazaar. Who does that? Afterward, she assured me there were no more warranties on the vehicle and no outstanding recalls. Ok great, except both of those were not true. They ended up fixing the air conditioner under its WARRANTY ?♂️ and there is an open recall on the fuel pump. ?♂️?♂️ How do I know this? Because after my uncomfortable experience, I immediately took it over to the Highland Bosak Honda for an evaluation. They confirmed no inspection was done and discovered the open recall. The Highland staff was shocked after I told them what happened and strongly recommend I contact Chad who heads the location to discuss everything. So I did. I called, left him a voicemail and never heard back. I shouldn’t have been surprised though since communication there was poor. My salesperson, Jordan, never contacted me when she said she would regarding the A/C repair updates as well as my delivery status. When I confronted her about this, she claimed she did call me and even left a voicemail. Initially, I was like “oh okay” because maybe it was an accidental misdial. But then she added that she confirmed it was my voicemail because it said my name. Wait, what? That’s interesting considering my voicemail doesn’t ever say my name. It’s a generic message. ?♂️?♂️?♂️ Man, it takes a lot of guts to lie like that. In any case, the Highland Bosak did the inspection and even fixed a few additional things they found for no charge. This whole experience taught me something important though… a company is only as good as the people running it. What a shame.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Very friendly service. We bought two of our cars there - great experience and love the cars. We are taking three cars for service here. I trust them, they only do what is needed, they don’t invent problems. I always get a ride home, so I don’t need to wait there. Service is always finished on time and they pick me up from home to get the car. Above and beyond!!

Went in for my scheduled oil change and inspection. All was well they did a tire rotation and advised my wipers could use changing. Always feel like they’ve checked out the vehicle thoroughly and nothing to worry about. Would def recommend. My grandson just purchased a new car from them a couple months ago and they were so helpful with his questions and concerns. He’s 21 and this is his first new car.

Bosak Honda is THE place to go for all your Honda needs. I took my 2024 Passport in for its oil change. They were working me in because I was going to be gone when the original appointment was to be. Dylan, who is one of the service desk employees is always great to work with. He had me in and out of there fast. We talked about a future appointment to have something taken care of that came up as needing attention before or right after my Passport reaches 15,000 miles. We are from Pennsylvania but on September 4, 2024, we had our 2024 Honda Pilot Elite in Michigan on vacation and my wife noticed a chunk of rubber missing from the right front tire. I texted a picture of the tire to Dave Ainsworth, a friend of mine in management at Altoona Honda where I bought the vehicle and asked him what he thought. He said he wouldn’t chance it since we were away. He also told me we had a complimentary 12 month, 12,000 mile Assurant Vehicle Care warranty on our new Pilot that covers road hazards. Bosak Honda was 3 miles away from where we were located and we showed up without an appointment to inquire about the tire. Long story short, within an hour, we were back on the road with a new tire and Zero (0) out of pocket expense. Now that’s what I call Customer Service when it matters most! Please consider Bosak Honda for all your vehicle purchases and service needs!

My husband and I needed a new car. Alex and the team at Bosak were able to get me into a newer car with a great warranty within our budget. We never felt pressured to move one way or the other. It was by far the best experience we’ve had purchasing a vehicle.
