Worried a well known TSB on Canyon transmissions would be cause for either a trans rebuild or TC swap. Knowledgeable staff got me in fast and discovered the resolvable problem fast. Thank you for the quick fix!

Very nice staff that were very helpful. Took care of us right away. We took my daughters car in to check on the acceleration and it was just bad Gas nothing wrong with it and they did not charge for anything. I was impressed.

I lack experience with the sales department, but I must express my dissatisfaction with the service department. I have encountered numerous issues over the past few years, particularly since the departure of Tim, the service advisor. It appears that they are reluctant to troubleshoot problems that arise while the vehicle is in their possession, and on several occasions, I have been informed that they lack a qualified mechanic for diagnosis. Based on my experiences, I would strongly advise against servicing your vehicle at this establishment.

Words can’t express how happy Kirk and Tailia made me !! I was able to get a brand new equinox!! They were so awesome in helping me get this with such ease , like I’m so serious I was in and out in no time at all! No games or hidden numbers like other Chevy stores! So, I got my oil changed. For starters, I was taken aback by the price. Somewhat higher than expected. Ok, that's life. As I drove home, I noticed an oil smell. Maybe the tech spilled some. Easy mistake. So, I got home and let the car cool. I then, sprayed it with some degreaser and hosed it off. Once that dried, I drove the car a bit. Somehow, that managed to cause my coil pack to go out. Not a great day for me. Talk about Murphys law. I hit it.

My experience was very positive. Kirk, Talia and Denise were all very friendly. Zero pressure. Allowed me to take my time and do my research while having friendly conversation. They happily addressed all my concerns. I got a great deal on my truck and I am very happy with my purchase.
