Had my car towed to Apex after calling and speaking with someone. I don't remember the name but they were super friendly and willing to help. I had an issue with it starting but dying. I got a call a few hours later asking if my issues began after I added a pretty little thing to my ignition. Apparently my bling caused issues with recognizing the key. Whatever tech I talked to was amazingly friendly and said he popped off my bling and I was good. No charge. The experience was amazing without stepping foot in the door.

I knew my 2011 fiesta needed some exhaust work. When I went in I asked about making an appointment to have my exhaust looked at.
I was told you don't need an appointment. they got my car in
they showed me what I feared was wrong. I was quoted a fair price. In about an hour I was on my way. Very professional and honest. I highly recommend apex auto care.

So impressed with the service we received here-beginning to end.
Driving cross country our RV broke down on I-80 and got towed in.( by Cloverleaf Garage) Right away Brian greeted us, had our mechanic (sorry we don’t remember your name) read the error code, and working on the van within the hour!
Can’t thank both companies enough for getting us back on the road within 4 hours of breaking down!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

UPDATE: as of my old review I went back for struts. The guy kept giving me funny looks and now my struts sound even worse ugh. Just awful I'll be going to Kennedy or someone else. Old review:
Finally a place worth getting my car fixed. No divas answered questions, honest rates, honest work. That's what people want solid work.

My boyfriend and I are currently on a cross-country road trip, and we had an incredible experience with Apex Auto. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our situation. They went above and beyond to ensure our camper was in top shape, allowing us to get back on the road safely. Their service is absolutely incredible, and we couldn't be more grateful. If you're ever in need of auto service, Apex Auto is the place to go! Thank you so much for taking such great care of us!

Tried out this place for the first time and so glad that I did! I only had a small job of turning my rotors, but when I went to pick them up, I was greeted and treated with so much kindness and respect from guys in the garage and wonderful lady in the office! I even had a guy come out of garage to help me navigate out of the busy parking lot.(: Everyone was wonderful and made my day!

I have been servicing my vehicle at Apex my entire driving life, and I have never been disappointed. Customer service is always excellent; the employees speak to you with respect and keep you informed throughout the service process. They are incredibly knowledable and demonstrate that through their exceptional work and communication. I recently had my vehicle serviced here, and they made a usually stressful process stress-free and seamless. My vehicle was fixed up way before I expected, and it runs smoother now than ever! Just wanted to give a shout out to my favorite crew at Apex!

***Had to stop in again today with my vehicle because of check engine light coming on. Another great experience. Wonderful employees. Very informative and clear about what needed to be done to take care of my car.

I have been coming here several years. Have tried other local body shops and experienced dishonesty (need expensive work done on car when not necessary). I have gotten all kinds of work done at Apex -routine oil changes, brakes, alternator, radiator and had great experience. Cindy at front desk is very kind, professional, efficient and accommodating. All the guys (Pete, Brian, Jon) are always polite, professional and explain things -letting you know what to expect (costs and time-frame of job). Many of the mechanics have YEARS of experience. They don't take appointments so patience is required. If you want affordability, efficiency and be able to trust you are in good hands, Apex is for you!
