The products we got from them were broken almost from day one. We also purchased the insurance on the furniture as well, and after EVERY item purchased was broken. The insurance refused to repair them. I am extremely disappointed in the way this $3700 purchase held up. The products look very nice but break down so fast.

although my sales rep was PHENOMENAL (larry kallas), my parents came to pick up their furniture at 8PM (the time the sales rep told them to come) and were met with supervisor AJ FLYNN who treated my mother AWFULLY and continued to talk down to her. he was completely unwelcoming and told her she could not pick up her furniture that late, even after she explained that that was the time she was told to come. he told her to come back the next day and gave her no option to talk to larry for his assistance at all. shitty excuse of a LEADERSHIP POSITION.

I purchased the Lennox Counter-Height Dining Table along with 4 plush chairs. I loooove this table, and our salesperson was absolutely wonderful. We also got our couch from here, coincidentally from the same salesperson! The furniture is high quality and the protection plan gives me peace of mind, god forbid any stains happen! #sweepstakes
