Once i was working in the indian grocery store and i had to shipment to the Michigan city and receiver didn't get the shipment and i called the ups store and they were very helpful and found out where did that shipment went.

I needed to do a return and decided to come here despite the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised that the employee, Josiah, was very polite and courteous. He was also quick and efficient. I didn't even mind waiting in a long line since he was moving the line along. Definitely will return in the future if needed!

Great store, almost as good as the Highland store. Patty really makes a difference in Highland. Merrillville is a quick and easy place to ship out using UPS. Clean Store and super friendly~

I have been going to this location for a long time and this is the best UPS store ever, the customer service that I received is totally appreciated and on point every time and believe me it's frequent, A Million, Tracey and Mattie are the best, they are all patient with me and help when it's needed, I can appreciate all of these beautiful young ladies, and thank you for the best customer service ever.

Just left here like I told the young man I have no clue how to send the email to them through my phone he helped me to get to forward then I had to type in address they gave me. We'll I did it wrong the lady older one with black glasses said you typed wrong address do it again well I could not get to forward again I told her I don't know instead of her trying to help me she waited on others I have no clue this lady needs to go somewhere else to work cuz she sure dont help the customers I got my packages n left DONT GO HERE VERY RUDE AND DO T HELP!!!

While my husband was treating cancer with chemotherapy I had to change all of our mail without notice. Tina the owner is coward, she’s evil and She’s completely unprofessional and she’s clueless Be Careful if you report her to the attorney general for losing all your mail and giving your mail to the wrong parties she will send you to her attorney , they will not give you any notice she will just close your mailbox instead of dealing with issues and repairing them. She is by far the most evil and corrupt owner we have ever dealt with. How’s that for good customer service ? Don’t bother renting a P.O. Box from this company they are absolutely the worse. They will lose your mail, they will lie and they will not apologize for anything after all they’re perfect
