I think there are terrrrible employees here! I delivered food here as it was my job to do so. Natalie M ordered food I delivered and Becuase it was a hand to me order and she said not delivered! So I got a contract violation on me for doing so. If you're cheap just say that. You did so becuase door dash will give you your money back. Karma will get you!

Great deals, although lines to check out can be long, especially on weekends. Be prepared to spend money!! The store appears clean and well kempt. My cashier was attentive and addressed any issues I had. Thank you for another wonderful shopping experience.

I had a very unsavory experience with an older Caucasian woman today when trying to return some items. The customer is not an inconvenience to you or your day they’re the reason you have a job. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and it’s miserable people like this who ruin businesses. Very sad that she has to be rude and condescending I truly don’t know what is wrong with people. You can clearly see she is miserable in her life that’s why she treats people the way she does. Hopefully she gets removed so no one else has this experience. Still love this store and location I won’t let a stranger who hates thier own existence ruin it for me

Terrible customer service. I love this store one of my favorites. I’ve been to this location before , I was surprised with the treatment . This location has beauty product locked away in glass display . I asked the employee could
She open it for me and she told me there was a button on the side to call for assistance. I said thank you and pressed the button . No one came , she never checked on me . Instead she complained about how she is trying to have customers press the button and utilize it more often . My problem is she was complaining to another coworker and that coworker never came over to assist me neither . So instead of doing her job she lost money and a customer .
I had a cart full of items and I left everything there . Never going back . I should have called and complained because it was so rude and uncomfortable. I was standing there for over five minutes , I looked up a few times and she did not even care . I regret not getting both of their names and calling corporate.

Can’t really go wrong with shopping at TJ Maxx! The only thing was that I try to pay with a large bill ($50) and the cashier did not take it because it wouldn’t go in the new machine they use, however she did say she did saw the security features on the bill when validating without the machine. I understand she wasn’t comfortable taking the $50 because of say policy that they have to go to the machine, but sometimes machines don’t work like they intend to and for this scenario they should have a separate way to validate bills and employee should be correctly train to spot fake bills and real bills. My $50 bill was real and after this I went to the chase branch next door and just deposit it to avoid these type of scenario

Store was fine. Checking out took F O R E V E R while the store manager just folded clothes in the background. It took 20 minutes for her to call for help while the line was backed up and moved like a snail.
