“The crew at the Merrillville, IN location on 82nd Ave literally saved me and my wife's relocation from WI to NY. I've never had to deal with a flat tire in my life until 8/26/24, right in the middle of our two-day drive to the East Coast. We had our two cats and half our belongings with us. Kevin and the amazing crew got us back on the road in no time and helped arrange for a permanent tire replacement. Without the help of him and the others, we would've been stranded. “The Store itself is good. But the huge problem I have is that someone needs to direct traffic or something because every time I come in here, traffic is always backed up you have people going driving on the wrong side of the road it's just a huge cluster”

10/10 for customer service. Took my work truck in for tires (fleet vehicle) and had to shuffle my appointment around then ended up showing up early for the rescheduled appointment and Adam got me rite in. Tires and wiper blades in just over an hour.
