Came in with an aquarium emergency. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me get the right supplies to keep my axolotl healthy.Will definitely be coming here for all future aquarium needs.

I love The Ark and all of their products! I frequently get my fish and all supplies from there. They are so good at standing behind their fish guarantee and it’s always a good feeling knowing that you get your money’s worth when it comes to fish!

The owner or manager should take the time to learn the proper care for all animals in their store (no matter how small and "insignificant") so they can pass that information along to the employees and then on to the customers. There's a big difference in the animal just surviving or thriving.

Friendly staff, if you have questions they can answer. Love the atmosphere and the open salt water display. My kids act like it's a field trip every time we go.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I’ve spent 100’s of dollars in the store and own 8 fish. One of the fish we purchased is extremely aggressive towards the other fish and he is very territorial. We called and asked if we could just donate him to the store because he’s a beautiful fish he just doesn’t do well with all the other fish in our 100 gallon tank now that he’s getting bigger. We called and asked and the young man on the line if we could donate him and he told us we could. So today my husband called to see when they open tomorrow. The owner of the location responded with “Oh that was you, I fired the employee who told you that for telling you that.” My husband obviously confused at this point asked why… the owner responded with “Didn’t it kill one of your fish, so what makes you think I want it?” He then proceeded to tell my husband that “We cost him one of his employees.” and then proceeded to HANG UP ON HIM. I’ve never heard someone be so rude for absolutely no reason at all. And I definitely won’t be supporting a business that fires people for what I see as an easily fixable mistake. As a local business owner, all the man had to do was inform my husband he was given the wrong information. There was absolutely no need to fire the man, or hang up on a paying customer. Very disappointed in the service we’ve received especially after spending so much money in this store.

This place is fantastic for anyone with an aquarium. The fish are well taken care of and the tanks are super clear. One of the best places to purchase fish in the area besides the fact that it is a little pricey.

Jimmy is the best. Dude needs a raise . Always a good place. Whenever I'm ready to update stock they always give me a good in-store credit amount for my cichlids .

We stopped here on our way back to WI. We are very picky about our pet stores. When we first walked in we noticed how clean and organized it was. After looking around we were impressed on how clean ALL cages were. the reptiles had the space they each needed. The fish tanks were very well cared for and all fish looked healthy. We compared a price on an item we wanted to buy on Amazon and the price in the store was way better. What a wonderful stope. thank you for making that a fun one for the kids as well.

there is a red parrot or cockato bird in this store that BITES PEOPE and the owners won't do anything about it. My dad tried to hold it and it bit his hand VERY hard. Luckily didn't bleed. I doubt it has shots. Why is it in the store?? This came after a man with scary eyes did n't help us get our fish. We waited for more than ten minutes. Will go to Petsmart on route 30 from now on.

This place is great, they seriously have everything that a fish hobbyist would want/need. Prices are pretty good too! One thing i will say is that as a young teenage girl in the hobby i definitely felt kind of awkward there. I’ve been a couple of times and normally its great, but every so often an employee will make me uncomfortable. I’m not sure if they mean to, but i’ve had a few of them assume that i dont know what im doing. I’ve had one whisper about me literally behind my back to another customer and i don’t even know for what!? I was looking at driftwood. It has been over a year since this has happened and normally they are friendly but this has definitely stopped me coming by the store multiple times as much as i love it there. :(

Out of all of the Pet shops I go to, this is by far the best for being clean and also having the best selection. Very knowledgeable staff and great prices. I will always go here first for all My Aquatic needs.

The people here are great! I just bought a 10 gallon tank elsewhere and came in here for some guidance and to buy the rest of the equipment I needed.Everything was explained to me in great detail. All the questions I had were answered professionally and were extremely helpful to guide me in the right direction. The salesman even answered questions I didn’t know I had!My experience here was awesome, so I wanted to post this review for others. I highly recommend this place especially if you need some guidance like myself. I’m a newbie but I feel confident I’m taking care of my fish properly. Good luck, they’re great here!

The employees here are wonderful. Ask and they will help.They also have heart. Its a lil more than i like to spend...but then everything is! I have had nothing but good experiences here, and although there havent been many (under ten ) , by this time next year...There will be.Check out the most beautiful bird as well.Idk much about him but i will !
