Best car buying experience ever!! Please ask for Mike Rainbolt. He is the best car sales person ever. A bit more details here. So I did an extensive research on new and used Honda CRV hybrid models and came up with a number which I thought was reasonable. I texted Mike and he was able to get me the deal, which I think is the best deal nationwide ( trust me when I say I did the research). When I walked into the dealership , it was all business. None of the back and forth and was in and out with a new car in 45mins. The finance guy was a bit pushy but I stood my ground and said NO to all of the add ons.

They use illegal sales tactics when financing, the finance office needs to be investigated. DO NOT BUY from this dealership find someone honest. Financially ruining peoples lives at this dealership.

Tiffany sold me a honda crv! She made the experience so easy and enjoyable. I was a little indecisive and she was so patient as she let me test drive each car and learn about the features of everything that was available before I decided on the honda. They set me up with a great warranty and everyone was so kind.

Team Honda should hire a mechanic for their service dept. Had a scheduled appointment on 8/30 for an oil change. Alyson checked me in at 3:42, I explained to her that my vehicle had almost 125,000 miles and I wanted to get whatever services were needed. At 4:43, I get a text stating additional services should be completed.
Spark plug replacement for $511.68 and Differential Exchange for $139.95. I approve the services. At 5:42 as I am waiting in the lot next to my car under the service tent, I am finally asked if I need help. I am told that Alyson had to leave but Marissa would check me out. Marissa asks how I’m payin’ for my oil change, I ask her about the other services I authorized. That is when I am told that they don’t have a mechanic on duty. Two hours for an oil change?? She doesn’t ask if I want to reschedule, just keeps beating up the stapler on her desk. I ask why my car sat so long under the tent, she tells me it was only there for 6 minutes. I have a time stamped video that says otherwise. Marissa was completely rude to me. I did speak to Chris the service manager after I had already left. He offered a discount if I came back another time. I’ve been a loyal customer to Team Honda, paid for lots of oil changes, flushes and other services. Marissa lost Team Honda a customer today. I’ll take the $733.60 immediate service recommendations to a different Honda dealership.

I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany to lease my 2nd Honda Accord. She was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. 2 years ago leased my 1st Honda Accord from Theo and that experience is what brought me back. With sales people like these I am sure they will see me again in a couple of years.
Wrapping up my lease experience today Finance Manager, Mike Anderson, was awesome; he took the time to explain before signing and added a little humor to the experience. Quick and painless, greatly appreciated

Team Honda did it again! They took good care of me when I bought my Accord back in 2021 and then today made me even HAPPIER by purchasing a brand new HRV with a great deal as well! Not only was everything done (paperwork and number crunching) in a timely manner but they also treated me with compassion and respect. I find that as a woman it is difficult to deal with any sort of auto dealership and be treated as if I know nothing. So I want to thank Team Honda for everything and a special shout out to salesman Mr. Michael Rainbolt. I will be indeed from here out recommend anybody looking for a great deal on a reliable vehicle to team Honda.
