Helped a friend buy a vehicle from Ziegler yesterday and everyone was so helpful. Jun David, Rich Yzaguire, Jordy Lema and the manager Matt were all great to deal with. Went to this dealership after being treated poorly at another. Highly recommend the dealership if looking for your next vehicle.

I've bought one vehicle there last year. I looked at a vehicle there recently. Both times, I have had excellent experiences. Customer service, price, trade in allowance and finance were ALL comfortable and low stress. See sales associates Charles or Antonio. Both are phenomenal.

Great honest people who work here! Charles knows his stuff and will steer you in the right direction based on what you’re looking for. Great salesman who cares about his customers. Jordy-the finance guy is the epitome of a stand up guy who truly wants you to have a great experience, regardless of getting the sale. We did not feel pressured or pushed into anything we didn’t feel comfortable doing. Highly recommend this dealership!

I would recommend a used vehicle purchase from Zeigler Subaru. They did a good job detailing and cleaning up the used vehicle I was interested in and worked with me in a reasonable way after the purchase when there were some issues with the car. Although some repairs took longer than desired, they were done correctly, which is what is most important.

They need to fire the car appraiser guy. They got posted on wax board , we will buy your Accent... and so on. We got a 2020 Accent. 37,000 very well kept. Never once missed a service day, oil change, flush... nothing! So we asked about upgrading to a 2023 Accent. How much would we get for our 2 1/2 year old Accent. He appraised for $25,000. And said "we have to make money to". So I gotta take a $9,000 cut cuz you have to make money? You're already making $15,000 profit plus commissions from a new upgrade. I just couldn't believe the arrogance and smug attitude from him. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle. It moved me from Illinois to Indiana. I couldn't believe how much I stacked in that car. I got a king size bed, box springs, hope chest, armoir, Lazy Boy laid flat. And you want me to take a $18,000 cut on my vehicle cuz $15,000 sticker retail isn't enough. FU Our next vehicle 10 years from now will be a Ford , Toyota, Chevy, anything but you.

A huge thank you to Nathan B our service advisor. We drove to Indiana from PA and our check engine light went on in our Outback. He and Ziegler Auto Group scheduled us, fixed our car and we safely made it back to PA. If I lived in Indiana, I would take all of my car business to Ziegler and Nathan! I bought a brand new Outback and then a week later a used 2008 Legacy. I was aware, and agreed that the Legacy was an As Is sale with no warranty but the gentleman’s agreement that if something happened immediately they would take care of it. Within 4 days ( less than 400 miles) the check engine light came on. Zieglers solution to “take care of it” was to suggest charging me $460 to replace 4 spark plugs. I paid them $7000 in cash for this car and a week earlier financed a different $35000 vehicle and this is how they “took care” of me. The only upside being that it’s a simple repair I can do myself. I took them at their word and trusted their honor and integrity and when the time came, that integrity had vanished. Buyer beware.

I bought a brand new 2024 Outback and was happy with the buying experience. Less than a week later I went back and bought a used 2008 Legacy. I was aware, and agreed that it was an As Is sale with no warranty but made a gentleman's handshake agreement that is something broke immediately they would "take care of it"...Within 4 days, less than 400 miles, the check engine light came on. I pulled the codes and it appeared it was faulty spark plugs. They asked me to bring the car in so they could diagnose it, and after diagnosis they agreed that it was faulty spark plugs. Their solution to "make it right" was to charge me $460 to replace 4 spark plugs. Our gentleman's agreement apparently didn't last for 4 days. After financing a $35000 new vehicle and paying $7000 in cash for a used vehicle, they suggest I pay $460 for 4 spark plugs instead of making good on their handshake and replacing the absolute cheapest part on the vehicle. They showed me their integrity and I will absolutely never give them a chance to take advantage of me again. Buyer beware.
