I downloaded the app since they had a great special. At the cash register I struggled with the app specials. The cashier (young lady) was absolutely awesome. I wished I remembered her name. The patience she had with me was incredible. Top associate in my book. I will try to go back and get her name.

Strack Van Til app needs a lot of improvement and they recommend you use Insta cart so they can rob you because they charge you way more on each item you choose then they do if you were to go into there store .I am very disappointed that they would even want to deceive and manipulate and rob their loyal customers .

Every time I go to the bakery I get a rude lady and they are never willing to help. A simple request on a cake or cupcakes. instead of asking for when they told me they were booked and couldn't help.

Very confusing to walk around and I understand that they have it set out so that when you walk around the store you have to pass everything to get to the registers but I think it interferes with the shopping experience that you have to walk around a lot just to be able to buy the couple of items you came for besides that it's a good place has a lot of things that you can't get in other stores around here and the prices are fair. And unfortunately they really aren't that many shortcuts to get to the registers faster this location in particular has that problem.
