Amanda was very helpful and professional in the office. We left the office to park our horse trailer and found the lot to be look more like a junkyard. Bronco in lot had a broken window. We were told there was an open spot next to ours but there was not. We were unable to park our new horse trailer there due to tight space. We left with trailer and will not be utilizing the space. Please provide refund. Thank you.

Since new ownership here, there is Very insufficient lighting. Hard to see when un loading an doesn't feel as safe anymore. Weeds have grown up in the concrete. I figure since the increase in monthly rent they would be putting more money into it.

No one answers the phone not sure if they are really under new management or if they are just permanently closed. Sucks for customers that still have units here.

Nicole and Amanda gave great customer service. I started an online purchase for a unit. I paid for it but didn’t sign the contract. Nicole contacted me to make sure I had everything I needed. I was having a rough couple of hours and her and Amanda made me laugh while handing my online purchase.
