Quick to take your money when you get the vehicle but when you need to talk to someone about issues , warranty etc. its like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone.

Dan at Southlake Kia was super welcoming and helpful the very second we walked in, even though we walked in right before close!
Dan had the car we were coming to look at ready for us, showed us another car that we fell in love with instead! We were in and out very quickly, definitely one of the fastest car purchases we’ve ever had!

The service department was awesome! The sales department is horrible!!! The sales rep named Taylor was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She was opporating from a since of entitlement that the manager named Joey refused to effectively address. Deplorable customer service!
