Kymberly was great, She answered all our questions was very narrow as you go on everything.That sleep numberhead to offer. And when we left, we had ordered the bed that we wanted, which was one of the split E.King tense sleeper number smart beds.It's fantastic can't wait to get it in.She was very very good, It was an excellent experience to Work with her. Kimberly Washington was very friendly and helpful to me. The rest of the staff as well.

After many failed attempts at buying a mattress, I finally decided to take the advice of many friends and visit a sleep number store. Kymberly was so knowledgeable at explaining the technology. I knew the bed for me after 30 minutes. I went home to think it over, and called back the next day. Kymberly walked me through downloading and setting up the app. I am so excited to receive my new bed!!

What a great experience we had at Sleep Number in Merrillville, Indiana! We had the best sales person, Chandler! Joyce and Kym were also amazing! They were super thorough and extremely knowledgeable and patient! Buying a Sleep Number mattress is a big investment, and we did not feel any pressure, only positive support! We highly recommend visiting the Merrillville Sleep Number if you are in the market for a new mattress! A huge thank you to Chandler for being so awesome and a big shout-out to Joyce and Kym for helping make this a great shopping experience! We are so excited to get our new mattress and have the best night's sleep from now on!

I had a wonderful experience at the Merrillville Sleep Number store. From the moment that I entered I felt welcomed. Chandler was very informative and walked me through each of the models spending time going over all of the differences.. He also answered all of my questions. And - a shout out to Joyce Jones - what a sweetheart!! I would highly recommend this location and I cannot wait to have my bed delivered!! ❤️
