They care about phone calls over in-store customers ready to buy as if their main priority is people who are not in the store.
I literally was interrupted three times at the register back to back and one call was about eight minutes that I waited then it’s off the phone get back to our conversation about selection of color and immediately phone rings and walks to phone and takes a call
After the third time enough is enough, I’m not trying to stay there for an hour for a simple order So I walked out, took my business elsewhere

Easy, and real knowledge in the store from the employees. Love how they know our colors forreorders. Quality products for one time jobs no re-dos ever needed. Close and convenient.

Customer service is non existent !!Ordered paint (5 gallons) from the manager at 9:30 a.m. he promised a delivery at 12:00...at 1:00 p.m. I called and asked where my delivery is ?It was still at the store ? Called back and asked for the manager, not in ?Talked with some young girl who would not identify herself, i asked why there was no communication to notify me of there non-delivery, she hung up on me ?Never know what to expect from the largest paint retailer !A simple call could have circumvented a loss of a half day of production...they just don't care...normal SW...

Always visit this store for all my paint and supplies. Very courteous and knowledgeable support from Mario. He goes above and beyond to explain products and how to apply. I recommend Mario and this store to anyone needing paint.

Never been to a Sherwin-Williams store and a little shocked it wasn't a bit bigger but Mario was extremely helpful. Probably spent 20 min talking what my options were. Although I only left with samples I know the extra drive out here will definitely be worth it. Great staff!

Mario is a very helpful sales associate! My painter likes to paint with Sherwin-Williams. I've been happy every time we've been there and happy with their paint.

I could not be more impressed with the customer service provided by Mario at this location. This was my first time buying paint and he patiently explained all my options and gave very helpful recommendations. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. I will be coming back to this store and recommending family/friends do the same! Can't wait to see how this high quality paint transforms my walls!
