I went to Get an oil change they’re waiting. Area was very nice free coffee freewater they were very professional and very nice to talk to. Overall was a wonderful experience. I will do it again.

Service is Everything!
My second experience Schepel GMC Service was with Mathew.
If my Truck is down, I am losing money... He went above and beyond to get my 2500HD Truck back on the road!
Mathew got my truck into the Mechanics, expedited the part that it needed and kept me in the communication loop throughout the process.
Art even drove me to Brothers Restaurant (great breakfast) and then back to the waiting room where I was able to work in a "Courtesy Office Cubical" to stay productive.

I bought my 2019 GMC Sierra. The salesman is a class act. The service dept is exceptional and most of all integrity driven. I got a quote to address an electrical issue when I was out of town with my truck for $ 1,600.00
I waited and Schepel fixed the issue for $ 376.00 I trust this dealer
