great jewelry, but the customer experience is the absolute worst, even though it involves such a heavy financial investment.
My husband and I got our rings here in 2023, when we would wait 45 minutes just for them to pull up our account information in the system. Every visit took way longer than it should, and we would often have to correct them multiple times on what we wanted.
And now recently, we’ve needed them resized and my rings soldered together, so it forced us to go back because we bought the protection plans. As usual it takes 45 minutes to an hour for them to simply look up our account in the system. Fast forward to my husband going to pick up my ring after I requested my wedding and engagement bands be soldered together. The first time they attached the band to the wrong side, even though I explicitly showed them what side it should be on. The jewelers apologize and offer to fix it immediately. Fast forward another day, and this time it was on the right side but off centered and crooked.
Update: they did eventually make it right. Just a frustrating process to get there.

We don't buy a lot of jewelry but the few things we have came from here. They are anyways friendly. Always take care of lifetime warranty issues with in a friendly manner.

Tyler was so beyond helpful! He knew we were on a budget Yet still managed to get us the rings we wanted! Also, there was another lady from michigan I forgot her name. She was the sweetest! The whole team was truthfully amazing to me and my now-husband! We went to Roger’s &Holland a day before we got married at the courthouse &they just helped us tremendously!
