Very bad experience, the lady Patricia was highly rude with an attitude! So not recommend having her help you! They are quick to take a payment, and not give you your stuff. Edit: literally told me they were not sending me the items because I didn't qualify without a lease, proceeded to tell me I would get my refund and still haven't received it!

These people literally harass me on a daily knocking at my door because someone who used to live in my house rented something from them and they no longer live here and nor is their product here. I have informed them and they pretty much told me that they don’t care and so they are pretty much harassing me to make the payments they won’t keep coming to my house. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was told by the manager that I would have to the 5th of every month and these guys hassle me every first of the month I can’t wait to pay them off I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy??!!!!!

I’m waiting on a scheduled delivery and no one has showed l. I’ve called the store and the manager says he is too busy to talk to me and let me know if my delivery is happening today. I took off work cleaned my entire room out and can’t even get confirmation if my stuff is coming or not

Horrible customer service. I applied for a gaming PC. Gave them ally info and everything. They took $100 out my account and said delivery was setup. 2 days later it's oh your denied and we are not processing a refund you can choose something else. Why would it be scheduled for delivery but then get told I'm denied and also take my money. They will give you the run around at the Merrillville store. Very dissatisfied
