We did not stay here. When we arrived at the first room we were assigned, the door was open and the bed was not made. Ok, things happen, right? But, room #2 was worse. Read the other reviews for a summary of cleanliness issues; we left because the exterior door was broken and the smoke detector was missing. The clerks were very kind but unable to issue a refund; we'll see if the manager ever calls as promised.Safety: Both the smoke and CO detectors were missing and the exterior door was broken.

Their rooms are dirty. The mattress had mold on it and Pet hair. The tub was filthy. Did not drain while I was showering. The toilet was not cleaned. Still had remnants of feces in it. The shower was filthy where the soap goes. The remote was broken you had to hold it in order to use it, the freezer was frozen I wasn’t able to use it. I asked if I could have extra towels because they do not have bath mats here and the gentleman told me he cannot get in to the closet where the towels are so I could not get another towel. My key door was not working properly .Noteworthy details: Wish I can find the photos but I cannot

Wish I could give negative stars... Booked two rooms on a long road trip and one wasn't clean. The beds were made with public hair and crumbs still on the sheets, floor dirty and cobwebs in 1. The other appeared decent until pulling the covers back only to discover ants in the bed, no towels, washcloths and enough tissue for one use. We asked for another room and it was worse than the first with a hole and black mole in the bathroom ceiling. All three rooms had a musty odor mixed with piss. Outside had people walking around in the parking lot being loud along with a woman whose male companion wouldn't let her in and front desk wouldn't give her a key, so she was knocking, kicking and cursing the entire 30 minutes it took to check in, change rooms and check out.

Great staff!!! Kind and very helpful. Rooms clean and very nice. Will definitely stay there again. I would thank everyone personally but quicker just to thank the entire staff. Thanks againRooms: Rooms are clean and well maintained

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The service was horrible. Mattresses were stained, bugs on the bed. The bathrooms were not cleaned. This was in three different rooms! If I could give it 0 stars i would.Safety: Too many people walking around and fighting going on in the parking lot.

Sheets had burn holes and dirty bathroom filthy. I was offered to look at two different rooms in exchange, the next room had a very strong urine odor and blood stains on the shower curtain. The last room kinda dusty but clean I guess but was completely missing the mirror. After almost spending $500 for a week, I kindly got a refund and went to another hotel. I would not recommend but definitely not if you have children!

IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD. I have worked at a hotel for almost 10 years and stayed in thousands but this is UNACCEPTABLE. I have never in my life seen anything like this. We tried to leave within an hour and wouldn't give us our money back. Left around 3am. Woke up to our faces and eyes swelled shut and could hardly breath. This whole room was covered in BLACK MOLD. They dont even try to cover it up. I can not believe they rent rooms like this. We almost had to use our epi pen from this room. Black mold in every corner of the bathroom, room and even the window. The a/c filters where hanging mold, idk how air was even coming through the vents. I have contacted the local health department and taking the steps I need too with corporate and they have every single picture. THIS WILL SERIOUSLY KILL SOMEONE BREATHING THIS IN. I'm very upset it will only let me attach 2 photos. If I could I would put all 40. I don't want your automated message of I'm sorry we continue to update rooms, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I hope the health department will take care of this place. ALSO, POSSIBLE SIGNS OF MOLD!?! There were clear signs on mold, you don't even try to hide it!!!! You walk in and see it. When you own a business and you know it's bad and guest leave, then refuse to give their money back. It's time to get out of this business!!!!

They place is sooo nasty almost every room they have here is dirty as HELL!!!!!When I checked the beds some had bed bugs on the blankets and the cover that’s they use to make the bed was dirty like they just reused it,They house keeping is horrible and lazy.The people working in the office be so rude and just want the money..I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!!!

Despite what everyone else says, I love staying here. Yes the rooms are not the prettiest, but its a great deal if your just staying for a few nights. Ive been at this location 3 times now with no problems except for 1 when the TV was broken in one of the rooms. I do feel safe here but i also carry a gun with me =)

OH MY GOSH!!!! do NOT stay at this place! We paid for a room and I checked the mattress like I always do for bedbugs and.......found.....a HUGE basketball size burn hole!!! Yes!!! There was a burn whole on the edge of the matress and to fix it they stuffed it with towels!!!! The stuffing was falling out!! When I went to the office for a refund and told her about the matress, she asked if the room was clean! I told her I have no idea! The mattress has A BURN HOLE IN IT!!!Refund given and left.Noteworthy details: Do not stay here, it was filthy on the outside, the room smelled of stale cigarettes and there was garbage left on sidewalk from other guests. Awful!
